Roof & Balcony Protection
This system uses Pak Flex Grey 110 or Pak Solar Safe 115 for exposed areas subject to harsh sun and rain cycles, reducing leakage risk and extending slab life significantly.
Application Steps
Surface profiling — clean slab and treat all cracks with Strong Crack Filler
Apply SBR primer coat and allow full penetration
Apply two coats of Pak Flex Grey 110 or Pak Solar Safe 115
Apply protective screed or topcoat; cure for minimum 72 hours

Grouts & Joint Fillers
PG 650 European standard tile grout in 33 bright colors. Grout Latex 601 liquid additive in 1 L and 5 L.
